Holly Thorn House, a White House Station New Jersey Bed and Breakfast, is a lovely replica of an English country manor home which combines fine old inn-keeping tradition, gracious in every way and lending itself to all seasons. Our visitors are amazed to learn that the present Inn was once a cow barn!

In a relaxed atmosphere, you can enjoy comfortable and serene Queen bedded rooms, furnished with the warmth of antiques, and all with private baths and phones. Guests have their own Gathering Room with cable TV, VCR, books, games, puzzles and an abundance of reading material a good place to curl up in front of the fireplace. Snacks, hot and cold beverages are always available.

After a comfortable night’s sleep, you can start your day with a homemade country breakfast served in front of a cozy fireplace in our spacious dining area, or outside at our garden table on the terrace, adjacent to the fragrant Herbary Walk.

Although our Whithouse New Jersey Bed and Breakfast Inn is in a rural setting, you are only a few miles from great golf courses, an indoor ice skating arena, antiquing, museums, county and 4-H fairs, art centers, wineries, concerts, ballooning and dinner theatres.

We are just two miles away from a modern golf-driving range, miniature golf, and putting green. Our area abounds with many quality restaurants from casual to special occasion, and we’ll be happy to make any reservations you require.

A bit farther away, but still close by, you can visit Flemington-the home of discount shopping, Bucks County with its quaint shops, restaurants, museums, canal boat rides, Washington Crossing Park, Pearl Buck’s Green Hills Farm, and many activities too numerous to mention-all seasonal, of course.

But, if all this activity is not what you have in mind, you can just “hang out” on our three quiet acres. You can enjoy a dip, take a sunbath, pitch some horseshoes, or if you really do miss home, you can help us weed the gardens or feed the sheep.
